The Main & Market Project is located in Boerne, Texas and is an approximately 13,800 square foot Retail Shell building. The building consists of six bays and measures 173 feet in length and 80 feet deep. On the exterior, the main roof line is composed of a dark metal panel parapet wall. The building is highlighted by a glossy red parapet flashing that leads your eyes to the corner of the building with the main signage. The parapet at the corner is taller than the rest of the building, revealing a glossy red angled parapet wall that can be seen from a distance. The building is wrapped by a stone wainscot at the base of the exterior wall in contrast to the rest of the building which has a metal panel exterior. Storefront windows and doors promote the entry of plenty of natural light which fills the interior of this large space.
