This 6,000 square foot children’s learning center was designed and constructed using a pre-engineered metal building structure. The main focus of this building is the central core. The core is highlighted on the exterior through the height and material differentiation using metal panels versus the stucco walls and stone wainscot. The design provides a visual break in the building façade and provides a contemporary look as well. The interior of the building features a reception area, offices, a food prep area, classrooms for students from infants to after school, and an indoor play and multi-purpose area.
