The Missions Hills Building is located in Highway 46 West, New Braunfels Texas. The building is an approximately 3000 square foot shell building that will be leased to tenants wanting to occupy the space. The overall aesthetic was to match the existing Mission Hills Dental building next to it in order to ensure coherence and continuity on the site. Like its neighbor, the exterior is Spanish styled, composed of white stucco wall, stucco wainscot, and tile roofing. The structure consists of wood stud framing and trusses. The wall to wall span allows for the floor plan to be column-free to provide the maximum flexibility for space planning purposes.
