This office warehouse building was a project developed by Mike McMahon and Gary Mowry in the Northlake Business Park,  Universal City, Texas.  The building was constructed by Baucom LLC, the General Contractor.   It is located near Loop 1604 and Kitty Hawk Drive in Northeast Bexar County.

The building site is approximately 1.7 acres.  The layout allows full access around the building for truck loading and unloading and provides for 6 overhead doors which vary from full dock height in the rear to half dock height and grade high  doors on the side of the building.  In addition there is an adjacent lot which will allow for the development of a second similar building in the future.

The building consists of about 15,000 s.f. including almost 1700 s.f. that was finished out for office use with the remainder being warehouse.   Construction consists of tilt wall for the exterior with a standing seam metal roof.  The clear height of the building ranges from 18′ at the eaves to 24′ at the peak.  The facility has fire sprinklers and a large outside storage area.  The exterior landscaping is low water usage xeriscaping.
