The University Oak Office Warehouse project is a single storey 6,000 s.f. concrete block office warehouse project in the University Oak Business Park Development.  The project was developed and built as a speculative adventure for two potential tenants.  The clients criteria consisted of a functional and economical building that would be flexible enough to lease to a wide variety of tenants.   The design provides each tenant with approximately 1500 s.f. each of office and warehouse space.  The warehouse has overhead doors at grade. We choice the concrete block system with a steel joist roofing system for it’s economy and ease of construction.  The project was completely built by the frim of Leonard Contracting and was leased by a single tenant prior to construction being completed.
