Westover Medical is two building complex with 23,000 sq ft of medical office shell. In between the two buildings is a courtyard space that separate them.  An arched opening provides an entry point to the courtyard where one could walk to an office and admire the landscape. This building was erected using concrete tilt wall panels. Its exterior aesthetic comes from the textured painted concrete, pronounced reveals, and stone veneer wainscot. To keep the building from looking static, different height parapet walls were designed. To further the effect of differentiation the walls were painted in an alternating color scheme.
